We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Include the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact us first at info@shopinyon.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, you must send your package to our official return address:

  • Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs for returning your item are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item), please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@shopinyon.com. In these specific cases, we will evaluate the issue and cover the return expenses to make it right.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Approval: If approved, the refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Delayed Refunds: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary depending on your provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
